Misir Ali is a popular mystery character created by the famous Bangladeshi novelist Humayun Ahmed. Misir Ali's stories are mysterious. Misir Ali's stories are not exactly detective stories, nor are they the chase-counter-chases of murderous police like 'crime fiction' or 'thriller', but are intertwined with psychological, scientific, and highly rational stories. In many cases, it can be called a mystery. In terms of character, the character of Misir Ali is the complete opposite of the character of Himu, another impeccable creation of Humayun Ahmed. Young Himu pursues anti-logic, while older Misir Ali follows pure logic. This argument helps Misir Ali to unravel the true nature of the mysterious world. Those stories are reflected in every novel about Misir Ali. (Source- Wikipedia)
